From starting my career as a CPA in Austin and then returning after 20 years in Houston to raise my children here, I feel truly blessed to work, live, and play in this amazing city. As a realtor and real-estate investor in Austin for the past 10 years, the dramatic growth has created opportunities every year and I don't see that trend reversing any time soon as the population growth continues to explode. For clients looking to buy a home or to invest in property in the Austin area, timing and bid strategy are king. Finding properties before they hit the MLS is part of the story. But, understanding the underlying value drivers are more critical: price range, location, school district, current and future traffic flow, and how other bidders behave. For clients selling their home, timing and helping generate as many competing offers as possible are key. Remember, there isn't much of an incentive for a typical realtor to get that last $20-30K of value from a commissions perspective, but it makes all the difference in the world to investors and home sellers. I've learned this first hand from my investor clients and my own investments. Creating maximum value is my top priority. That first offer is only the starting point to get the maximum value for your property. So, whether you are a buyer moving the Austin to live, work and play or a seller trying to create the best rate of return, I'm ready to help you achieve your business and personal objectives.
